My second ordinance proposing the creation of an official provincial website of Biliran (biliran.gov.ph) has just been approved in the Sangguiang Panlalawigan level. The website will promote the tourist destinations of the province and attract potential investors that will eventually result to more jobs. It will also inform Biliranons about the current programs of our provincial capitol including the efforts of our folks at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for the sake of TRANSPARENCY and ACCOUNTABILITY. I hope that this will be approved by our LCE. :) #PURPLEPOWER
