My second post for today. Tiranga quick stir fry, for Republic Day! Cabbage, capsicum, onion and carrots, you may call it sabzi or salad :) After the Live Kadhi post, I sat with my cup of tea, and got so engrossed with the post that I got delayed for the Quran class. When I left home, my friends were coming back. Still I went to Faizas house (she gives the Dars), to show her my shameful face. She said, Reem, aaj tune duniya ke liye Allah ko peeche kar diya. :( Yes, she is my best friend, but more than that, TRUE friend! She is very strict when it comes to Deen. Usse bhi toh Allah ko jawaab dena hai. Khair, maine neeyat toh ki thi. Allah meri neeyat hi qubool kar le. Ameen! So anyway, came back after chatting up a bit. Kadhi and chawal were ready. So fried 3 store bought chicken kababs for Khan Saab. Now I am making this quick sabzi/salad. This is the picture of the ingredients. Will add the procedure in comments. If youd like to join me :D
