My sensitivity/irritability to noise and certain smells are causing my anxiety to worsen. It was realized at the concert when an obnoxious woman in a high pitch voice kept screaming and talking over the music. Its getting harder for me to focus when there are a lot of people talking in one area it actually just makes me feel sick inside. The couple next to me that was dry humping the whole time smelt like soap and that grossed me out too ;/ I wish I knew why all of a sudden Im so bothered by things and I wish I could find a way to stop it.
