My sissy, Wanda Carmany Bailey, made the most delicious dinner - Salmon patties with pea sauce, buttered corn & fresh baby carrots....yummy. for an appetizer we had our own homegrown tomatoes & cucumbers with ranch dressing. I ate too much. Utoh I feel that 6 lbs returning at this rate. She cooks most nights & its always delicious but this is probably my favorite meal....right up there with meatloaf & several others.
