My sister, Bonnie Long, and I have been studying King TutankhAmen for over 50 years since the early 1960s when we were in high school. We are in agreement with the body image, but the face looks nothing like what we believe he looked like. They based the image of his face on the bone structure of his skull, but neglected to add facial muscles from basic anatomy. Also they appear to have modeled his facial features and skin texture on Bedoiun Arabs rather than real ancient Egyptians, which were a distinctly separate race, almost completely extinct now, except in purest bloodlines of Coptic Christians of today. We, my sister and I, both believe he was much more handsome and looked more like his idealized facial features on his Golden Mask, and believe his dressing dummy and the bust of his head coming out of a water lily to be much more accurate likenesses of him.
