My sister Marilyn has been in UK for 9 years and unfortunately never been granted indefinite leave to remain and unfortunately was refused at her recent Visa appeal tribunal. Its highly unlikely that she will be able to acquire a Visa to come to join me as my extended family dependent here in Belgium as I was informed its not possible by a local official at the local commune municipality. So its a farewell party for Marilyn and inevitably preparations for her safe return home to Philippines were she will be happily reunited with her 2nd husband Jesse and three grown up sons Hans, Keith. and Jess.
