My sister and I were having a discussion about her recently attending the republican caucus. She asked the question *why is it necessary to promote the following. We Republicans must do more to get Black and Mexican membership. Her sentiment and mine is why is it necessary to promote this type of programs? Seems to us if you are concerned about your country you want give a dang about color you will go to your precinct and knock on everyones door and talk to them regardless of their skin.
