My sleep study went okay... I think. Im not really sure, I apparently stopped breathing a minimum of 30 times in two hours, but I dont know the number. I believe I also had an incident of sleep paralysis while I was there. Im supposed to wait 2-5 days to get results and treatment, but with tech starting tomorrow and school starting the next day, Im not comfortable with that waiting time; increased stress, anxiety, and depression for the past month or so, This needs to be resolved as soon as possible, I just hope that thats soon enough. Thanks to those whove been supportive during this time, I ask that you please continue to do so until I get things straightened out medically.
