My soda is now ready for consumption. It has been a process of mixing a perfect celery and tonic cordial, figuring out the ratio of water to add then force carbonating it with co2. In the meantime there has been label design and print as well as bottle cleaning and sanitizing and finally I got to use the tap system to fill and cap the bottles.
