My son Ben and I came up with this wonderful smoothie one morning when he was about to workout and needed some energy, He said it worked great and taste delicious! It makes enough for 2 but he drank the whole thing **Banana Oat Protein Smoothie** Drink this for energy before a Strenuous workout, helps prevent muscle cramps! Ingredients: 2 scoops vanilla protein powder 2 tablespoons rolled oats 2 bananas 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ½ cup cold water 1 teaspoon honey ¼ teaspoon cinnamon 4 ice cubes Combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
