My son Jack wanted to make a telly/games console from an old monitor that he had laying around. We used a raspberry pi and a wlan stick to power it - have a look - it works (adapter still to come from amazon though)! Complete costs with spray paint, wlan stick, raspberry pi, sd card, cables & adapters (dependant on monitor), controller, keyboard and mouse and second hand monitor (ebay, amazon - or from home etc.) about 100 quid tops!!! It took about 5 hours altogether - with driving around, rebuilding, spraying and programming etc. A very nice individual personal computer for everyday use! Logo design costs more - from me personally!!!!
