My son Kevin and his wife Tracie were over this morning for brunch. Tracie and I were in the kitchen and Kevin was else where in the house when I called out, Oh my goodness! Its snowing! Kevin came running from the where he was and I ran out the door to get a better look at the huge white flakes floating all around in the air and onto the ground. Tracie was looking out the window wondering why the flakes didnt stick or melt when hitting the deck. Then upon closer inspection I laughed and said, It isnt snow. Its the white petals from the pear tree behind my house in my neighbors yard! The wind was blowing the petals across the street, over my house into my yard. It looked just like snow. Wow! That was a close call! ;-)
