My son Kyle told me tonight that since starting a serious effort with Focus T25 two weeks ago, and eating as clean as possible, hes lost 7 pounds. You do not have any idea how proud that makes me, to know that I can help my son as he prepares for his journey into high school. Of all the team mates that Ive ever shared this journey with, I cannot express how choked up I feel to hear the passion and excitement in his voice, that all-too-familiar sound of someone whos past the hard part and in this for the long hall itself. :) #lovemykids
