My son is a month old and his sleeping habits are turning into a disaster. I, in turn, am turning into a disaster. He sleeps MAYBE three hours during the day, and wakes up about 4 times at night. Pediatrician told me today to make him self soothe, which I think its a little early but Im willing. Hes nursing, wont take a pacifier. Takes his baths in the morning. I just can not seem to get him to actually sleep decently. anyone have tips on establishing a rock hard routine?? Im really starting to feel the stress and tension of lacking sleep myself and constantly holding this poor child and/or having to listen to a screaming baby, because those are really the only options I have in my life at this point
