My son leaves tomorrow. Up until today, Ive been strong, where my husband has cried multiple sets of tears (love you Carl). But today, as I stopped to get him some necessities for his trip, I couldnt help but tear up on my way home. I thought about when he was born and they rushed him off to NICU, I barely got to see him, but it was only hours before I saw him again! Seriously, the longest hes been away from me is a week at church camp. I know this is just one of those steps in life, but Im not ready. I am SO thankful Matt has to come home and finish his senior year! 10 weeks and go......
