My sons, Josh and Donovan Harkins, mean the world to me. That is why I have quit smoking. Today marks 54 days without a cigarette. I put them down cold turkey and I havent looked back since. I have quit before, but always started back. This time its for real. Im pleased with the way, I feel since Ive quit. I hope this will encourage someone else to do the same thing.
