My special dialogue is comparison of burning of fossil fuels i.e., Coal for generation of electricity which has contributed to a 40% increase in the atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide from 280 to 392.6 parts per million (ppm) in 2012 with 40 % loss of units generated there on. The alarming loss of power distribution invites for burning of more & more fossil fuel & loss of revenue which could have been invested for good environment. The Cost becomes costlier resulting unreasonable fixation of tariff which is not affordable by rural People, so making energy insecure for People. Global Energy Security has become a day dream for huge number of People living in rural Odisha & India.
