My step-daughter has had a Samsung Galaxy S® 4 in 16GB White Frost stolen from her just a few days ago...have had no luck in finding it. We still owe a few hundred dollars on the Verizon Edge plan. I have reported it stolen and Im sure whoever took it knew it would be, so it will not activate Verizon will flag it as stolen if someone tries to connect service. The only reason I can think someone would take the phone would be to try and resell on a facebook yardsale/rummage site. If anyone sees any phones like that for sale and/or buys one unknowingly and it has a bad ESN please let me know, she does not have the money to pay-off the Edge agreement.
