My story in tomorrows paper is about one month in the life of a Starbucks barista. But its really about an invisible, ubiquitous technology that is great for business but harsh for workers, especially parents, and single mothers most of all. Thanks for reading, and thanks to the huge team that helped tell this story visually and interactively. Please tell any hourly workers and/or managers/owners you know that we would love to hear their perspective at the bottom of the article page. nytimes/interactive/2014/08/13/us/starbucks-workers-scheduling-hours.html?_r=0
