My story with food has a long history and talking about changing my diet was more difficult than moving country or jumping out of a plane! One thing used to motivate me to eat better and that was having an event to run, like a marathon or a swim, but once that event was over my relationship with food went back to its normal. That normal has changed many times over the years which included many useful understanding like the Fit for Life Approach, Veganism, Ph Miracle and many others... Several people mention that when getting well and fit that 80% is nutrition and 20% is exercise. But I only took care of the nutrition when I had an "exercise" I wanted to complete. I can see the misguidance in my own previous logic now! Exercise uses our resources, Nutrition replenishes them! So I have made a simple but not necessarily easy switch, nutrition first and exercise second. So thanks to my cousin, I went for a Wellness Consultation with her that gave me a complete inventory of the reality of the state of my body! There were many measurements on the 28th of August and I have decided that I would love to track only one! One that gives me an indication of my progress, one that I can build, one that can grow. I choose percentage muscle mass: 74.42% was my Muscle Mass Percentage Reading Now there needs to be a goal 75.00% is my Muscle Mass Percentage Goal. I am now looking forward to my next measurement session. Since that time I know the small changes that I have made are changing the shape of my body and now I am eager to know what difference that they have been making to my Muscle Mass Percentage!
