My subject is THE POWER OF PATIENCE. A lack of patience is the number reason that most Christians dont receive desired results. Faith and patience are power twins and one will not work without the other. If we really knew the biblical meaning of the word patience, we would see clearly why most Christians dont receive from God like they should. The word patience means to remain under the trial in a God honoring manner, not seeking to escape, but eager to learn the lessons it was sent to teach. Many times we remain under trial, but it is not in a God honor manner. We try our best to escape the trial and never receive the lessons it was sent to teach. There is a very valuable lesson in every trial or test. If you learn the lesson, you made a profit from the trail. If you failed to learn the lesson, you took a lost. The only time a trail or test wasnt worth it is when you refused to profit from the valuable lessons. You will never receive your inheritance in Christ until you learn the art of patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. Jame 1:4
