My sweet friends and family my daddy had a great day. Very promising! They feel like the C2 will heal well on its own and feel the head brace is all that hell need!!!!!! They want to check on it in 6 weeks to see how its healing. They also want to get some X-rays from different angles once the breathing tube comes out. Today they shut off the breathing machine and he breathed on his own for 45 minutes!!!!!!! YAY!!!!!!! Keep praying for his ribs to heal up, internal organs to heal, no infections to start, and that he can breathe on his own soon. Hes still on lots of pain meds so hes pretty sedated and not very alert. He mostly sleeps. But he understands and obeys commands!!
