My sweetie came home Thursday morning, and is doing so well! He rested a while, then I treated him to lunch at his favorite restaurant. Neither of us ate much, but we came back home then, and just chilled out for a while and watched some tv, took a nap, and I fixed us something to eat, and again, neither one of us really felt like eating! He made his iced tea, and I fixed a pitcher of lemonade, went out to the front porch, and he decided to go upstairs, and he did just fine! Now, instead of sleeping downstairs as I thought we would, he is in bed resting right now, after he checked his emails and did some exercises, and I am getting ready to turn in for the night! Honestly, he has done so well with this! He has an appointment with the primary doctor on Monday, and Tuesday he gets the staples out, and the beat goes on... I may still have to get help to keep him off the roof! Piece of cake!
