My swimming/yoga routine is a great way to start the day! I mixed up different swimming strokes, with various lengths and pace, followed by Moving Warrior 1. Complete both left and right sides. Continue with your laps and repeat. Moving Warrior 1-Strengthens your shoulders, arms, knees, legs, ankles and back. Opens yours hips, chest and lungs. Improves focus, balance and stability Encourages good circulation and respiration Stretches your arms, legs, shoulders, neck, belly, groins and ankles Energises the entire body. Build your confidence and courage to soar through the day!
