My take on Syria, we have blundered our way into a catastrophic mire where we are really screwed either way and may have assured the end of Israel. Because John McCain has been wanting to kill something for 20 years and he got Bill Clinton to agree in calling Obama a wimp for not getting involved in an impossible war. As usual, Obama took the bait, but this time the people being thrown off the bus is the world. Simply put, you realize that you are in a room of dynamite and are lost. You need a light to find a way back to safety and you have two choices. 1) the flash light or a way to negotiate with the principals in what their driving forces are that have caused this situation and find a way out with the LED flashlight that will not ignite the TNT. Or we have a Bic lighter available in our left hand. Should we just use the lighter, what could possibly go wrong. BOOOOOOOOM! Oops. Oh well not countries to worry about now and we no longer have to maintain our nuclear deterrence, since we have none now. And sadly the NAIVE president as I have said for several years now (since 2008) has no nice way out and with Kerry and Hagel in control of the actions, we really have no hope. If you ever wanted to know what living in a third world is like (providing we survive), hold on to somebody you love tight and just wait.
