My team has always been focus and strong in the resale sector for past years. Over the past few months, my leaders and I start steering and expose the group to more New Launches as we forsee a drop in the resale segment very soon. Our Agents starts to focus more on new launches and eventually we took up SKYVUE project. Our team hype, prospect, roadshows and sells as a team together. The team spirit and bonding was beyond words can describe. The result was awesome, with Home Explorer Group closing near to 80 units in SKYVUE, all the effort was worth it. When i see most of the agents taking home more than $50k commission monthly for the past few months, i knew our direction was correct. We are all in the right company, right team, right environment & on the right track. The next few weeks, we will still be very busy with The Panorama, Inflora & Duo Residences. My dear resale agent friends, dont sit & wait for the good old times to come back, lets change ourself to fit into the new environment. This is the best time for resale agents to SHINE brightly with most of our projects paying very high commission. Gone were the day we farm for sellers and get exclusive listings, now We go for exclusive BUYERs and go for CONFIRM purchase! 3%,4%,5% com ? yes ! its true, and its easy to sell high profile homes!
