My teenager is better than yours! Yesterday I was into a big cleaning project to make room in my pantry and closets. My teen was ignoring my requests to help, naturally. Or so I thought. While I was cleaning and emptying storage boxes and accumulating trash from the back porch, she had been doing the same in the bedrooms. That girl worked her tail off right beside me until 1am this morning. We took about an hour break to go watch the meteor shower where we talked and laughed and counted over 30 meteors. Where many teens might complain and give up, she was doing her best to keep up, side by side. Even a step ahead. It is a blessing to have loving children that you dont have to scream and yell at. We bump heads at times, but, in the end she is amazing.
