My tel. is out. I have picked it up several times now to call out and it wont work:( Just got back from WM to get a new garbage can since a drink kid hit it this weekend. I had called Monday to find out if I had to pay or what. They said it was free if I came and picked it up. Miss informed. 65.00 is what they charge. I had a case no. and was told if they delivered it would cost 40.00. I drove Roys standed pick up truck. They lady in the window made someone very mad and she told me that I was not going to like what she had to tell me. Someone didnt and we came home without a can for now. Supposely someone from our rd. came in today and purchased a new can and this lady thinks it was the neighbor whos son hit ours. Or we will be back. They also, said that they tape the converstations that I had made on Monday and would be going through it to see what was said. I made one big mistake I did not write down the ladys name I talked to on Monday. I had a case no. but, they acted like they did not know what that was. How do these people keep their jobs? I sure hope it was the neighbor who picked up the trash can.
