My ten book challenge list, listed in no particular order: 1. The entire Harry Potter series but I will put special emphasis on Half Blood Prince as it was the best one of the series. 2. Guardian Devil story arc by Kevin Smith. I am not normally a Daredevil fan, but this was one great story. Too bad his Daredevil movie sucked. 3. Huckleberry Finn by Mark Twain. Before this book, everything in High School was written in perfect English with proper sentence structure. This book actually felt like a kid telling me a story. 4. Dracula by Bram Stoker. This is probably the best example of Gothic Horror and a very unique way to tell a story. 5. The Shining by Stephen King. This is the only book that actually scared me. 6. X-Factor Volume 1 issue #87 by Peter David. Yes another comic book. Perfect example on how to develop secondary comic characters and make you care about them. 7. The Shack by William Young. Ever wonder why God lets bad things happen to people, this book will answer the question in a way that makes sense. 8. I want to Grow Up, I Want to Grow Hair, I Want to go to Boise by Erma Bombeck. A good look at children living with Cancer and how they cope. 9. A Tale of Blood and Sweatsocks by Mick Foley. A really funny and entertaining read about the world of Pro Wrestling. 10. The Death of WCW by R. D. Reynolds and Brian Alvarez. A good book about how a company can ruin itself on its own success. I referenced this book many times in my business classes.
