My terms for the SCS use of the three schools in Germantown and one in Millington. No county tax raised in any municipality may be used by the SCS. All four schools must immediately change their school colors and nomenclature. No school nomenclature shall include reference to any resident, former resident, former student, teacher or administrator, formerly used nickname or mascot or any geographic entity within the said municipality. All four schools must immediately reapply for SACS certification. Equipment, including Comcast property, PTA or booster funded/donated property shall be forfeited and turned over to a duly appointed city representative. The SCS must establish a special tax district encompassing all of unincorporated Shelby County south of Poplar and east of Kirby Pkwy; in north from the Loosahatchie River to the Millington line between US 55 and TN 14, that shall in 11 years time include funds equal to the 2013 value of all four schools. Said funds shall then be used to fund new facilities sited outside any municipality within the 2013 attendance zone.
