My testimony with plexus: I started researching plexus and watching others on it for a year before I finally decided to take the first step to join. Now I can kick myself in the butt for waiting so long lol. Im not going to lie I was very scared and skeptical at first. Why? Because I am one of those that have tried different things before and all I did was waste money and fail. No Results!!!! I was very disappointed... It was march 2014 when I started Plexus. I was weighing 231. I had quite a bit of health issues starting with I would keep migraines. Couldnt get rid of them. Then I started having black outs. January of last year I was sent to I530 medical center to have test ran because the doctor thought I could possibly have a brain tumor. Thank God it wasnt. All my issues was coming from stress. Who knew stress could cause so much problems. I wasnt able to sleep real good at night and when I did I still woke up so tired and exhausted. Another issue is I have severe allergies and asthma... my allergies would act up all the time. I couldnt laugh, cough, or breath without going into asthma attack. I also have some stomach issues. I had issues with not being able to go to bathroom. ( Bowel movement). I could go almost 3 months without a bowel movement. I would bloat up and be in severe pain. I was on meds for it and it would help at times but it was like my body became immune to it. I had a bad n I mean bad coke addiction. I would go to sonic 5-6 times a day ordering a Large coke . Now, I am a totally new person. Since starting plexus I have not had any migraines nor blackouts. I am now off all my allergy meds and have only had to use my inhaler twice. I now have regular bowel movements. Wooohoooo lol its like clock work baby :-).... My period last 3 days and so very light now compare to 2 weeks and very heavy.... O and NO cramps lol.....I have broke my coke addiction and no more sugar cravings. The best part I can sleep all night and wake up more rested and energized. No more feeling like a zombie. Yeah and here is the bonus, DRUMROLL PLEASE ........ I am down 31lbs as of right now. I weigh 200 and I am still losing. I love it. My family loves it. I am thanking God everyday for bringing plexus into my life. Seriously, plexus has been a true blessing to me. I am not claiming that plexus cures anything but it sure makes a big difference in my life and makes me feel so much better....
