My thought for the week: Wow, 7 months and counting....I never have been more happier than I am at this point in my life. After 32+ years civil service and working with many different personalities over those years, I just have to say thank you to all the fake people still around for helping me to see the truth about what friendship and companionship is really about. For those who said Ive got your back, mustve meant that Ill turn the knife slowly...or those who say youre doing a great job but meant Im gonna use your talents and devotion to the job all up and make myself look better.... Thank You! My Mom always said Be true to yourself, work hard and be compassionate to others...I did and I am proud of who I turned out to be. Not only for me, but for my family! I pity those who are still trying to prove a point to higher ups, who actually dont give a rats ****** about them either. They are getting used as much as theyve used others. Turn about is fair play. The only thing that I regret is caring for those types of people and thinking they actually cared about me. There are so many others out there in this world trying to make an honest living and devoting themselves to their job, that I wish I could warn. Practice what you preach and quit being fake to those who are under you...dont let them believe that you care (when you dont), and remember, YOU will be held accountable for your actions when its your turn.....
