My thoughts and prayers are with Suzanne and your family right now. I cry, grieve, and feel the loss of your passing. You taught me so much, contributed to a great proportion of who I am as a nurse, and put up with all of me throughout my pregnancy, exactly like a father would for his daughter. So many memories, a part of the family I have built over the years, such a tremendous loss, sadness, and disbelief that you are gone. I love you, John, and will never forget my tree-hugging, slippery-elm sucking, seaweed/sushi-eating colleague, true friend, and confidante. I have no doubt you are looking down from Heaven right now...the world will feel your absence today and for years to come.
