My thoughts on Jordans Davis trial. Black people. Heres my advice. Read the Law in the State of Florida & find out if what Mr Dunn was tried for even fits his defense? The questions you should be asking is Can he be convicted for Murder 1 or 2? or Manslaughter 1 or 2? Was he tried for the right reasons? Surprisingly enough when you look at it. It makes perfect sense why they had to do what they did because its state law. But now if they tried him on different counts he wouldve been railroaded. NOW WHEN YOU THINK OF THE REASON WHY MR DUNN WON. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH RACE. HE WON AT WHAT HE WAS TRIED FOR. THE TRUTH IS IF YOU WANT TO BLAME SOMEONE, BLAME THE DAS WHO TRIED HIM.. NOT HIM OR HIS DEFENSE. IT WAS PRETTY SLAM DUNK LIKE THE TRAVON MARTINS CASE. MOST OF YOU THINK ZIMMERMAN WAS BEING TRIED FOR STAND YOUR GROUND. NO YOU IDIOT. HE PLEADED SELF DEFENSE & THATS WHAT HE WON. HAD HE PLEADED STAND YOUR GROUND HE WOULDVE LOST. BECAUSE THE COUNT AGAINST HIM WOULD HAVE NOT FIT THE CRIME. SUM STILL DONT GET IT. CAUGHT UP IN THAT EMOTIONAL CRAP.. GET SUM. NO SERIOUSLY G E T S U M. YOU NEED IT FOR REAL.
