My thoughts on comparison between election in America and India Q1Mud sledging was to its maximum. Was it contested on the right issues? I have always seen rage in the election times, it’s a wave slashing to achieve victory and the blame game is a major part of it. Negative speeches do not show good leadership quality. It creates confusion among voters making it harder to vote for their candidate. Few candidates discuss issues well. Promises made by candidates’ Brand India, anticorruption, women’s safety, water, jobs and farmers issues. Hope candidates will deliver their promises. Q 2 How do you compare the election here with the ones USA? There is big difference between Parliamentary and presidential government People directly elect their President so the President cannot ousted by the Senate and Prime Minister is appointed by the President from the party having majority in the lower house of the parliament. In the USA there is a proper system of checks and balances in place as President is answerable to the congress for his actions. During Presidential debate, candidates have clear idea Of problems Speak to the point, Topics are 1. Current problem example, Job, healthcare, education, research, proposed solution. 2. Reform how to make country better for citizens. 3. Foreign Policy 4. National Security, Defense 5. Never discussed religion unless being question. 6. Awareness in Voters pays close attention to candidates 7. Candidates do not have any past criminal record. Indian Election 1. Start fights who will get party candidacy reach to public 2. Someone doesn’t get he will run as independent, start division of votes already 3. Speeches never give clear idea about problems and how to resolve them. 4. Always make people emotion on religion and cast issue 5. Irrational thinking is more important as per mob lies. 6. Lack of awareness in voters. Vote carelessly or do not take interest. Voters expect to get bribed from candidates 7. Candidates have past criminal record. Q3 . What are the issues of this part of the world, which should be given priority by the next government? Last two decades India development is fast, I admire the way India progress. Sixty-six years of Independence, we started with nothing. We could have done better but our politicians held us back. Now in the world of internet progress will be faster. Any country can progress if people put up their country ahead of them and respect its constitution. India is a land of sages and saints It is full of knowledge we taught world spiritualism. In past we been bless by many visionary reformers, patriot. Education system produces highest number of doctors and engineers. It is not hard for India should teach patriotism to children. People have to learn not steel from its own country. India has to put end to corruption. Need to explore human side of us rest will fall on its place. 1 Road, hospitals, power, water pipeline, drainage, improve government school in short villages living condition should be improved. 2. Have better plan to rehabilitate handicap people. Handicapped people should be given an equal opportunity of reservation for school and college admissions. Required changes add new or change existing amendments. Enforced laws to educate children with mental disabilities and give them equal job opportunity especially in villages. People who are above the poverty line in SC/NT population, reservation should be given as per constitution; salary slip should be asked directly from work place. 3 Reform law and order. corrupt law enforcement official should be brought to justice. Enforced strict laws against domestic violence, child abused. Homeless children and gang rapes should be taken seriously. 4. Farmers are committing suicides. This year damage done by storms government gave them insurance but didn’t pay them enough money authority must pay close attention, Need to bring change in policies, help must reach farmers. Keep a close eye on Bajar Samiti. 5 Terrorism, citizens safety is most important issue. 6. Resolve border issues Shimla Accord, Jammu Kashmir 7. Compensation should not be given to terrorist family in Jammu Kashmir. India will promote terrorism in way. Their family should be treated as any other citizens. 8. Gays and Transgender are humans. They have right to live like every other citizen because they did not choose to be that way. It does not suit democracy. 9. Women should be treated equally. 10. Better Traffic control. How do you look at the effect `AAP` on Indian politics? AAP defiantly gave one more option to choose. Anna Hajare’s protest against corruption gain most popularity. AAP benefited from that. AAP gave people hope to desire clean country and common man can be a leader. AAP is new party. They had quick successes in Delhi. They lack in experience how to govern and patience. People still have faith in AAP. Awareness campaign done by AAP opened people eyes. AAP leader spoke truth. He gave people a clear understanding of wrong doing in the country by the ruling party. No one ever did that well before. Q.4.Who is the right person to lead India as PM? Person has no criminal record. Should know value of his/hers power can make country better for all. Who is ready to bring change in village condition, every inch of land is equally develop. Close the gap between Urban and ruler India everyone will have same education, healthcare and all the basic needs. It is an great achievement. 2 Important any development project in ruler area must be done by scientific methods or as per subject required have objective to benefit more people it should not be ones convenience. 3 India should reduce importing goods. It is possible we do have all kinds of raw materials and minerals. Fortunately, India have large labor force. It will help reduce expenses. It is important India should produce its own ammunition we spend large chunk of money to buy from other country. In case of war India do not need to beg other countries for ammunition. 4 America is doing immigration reform to keep immigrant talent in the country.
