My three days in Almaty, Kazakhstan were quite an eventful - TopicsExpress

My three days in Almaty, Kazakhstan were quite an eventful experience. In fact, some kind of a miracle happened to me! After walking the floors of an exhibition yesterday, I realised that I had lost my TSA lock while pausing for my lunch break. I told myself that it would be a miracle if I could retrieve it in the 20,000 sqm halls! Lo and behold, as I was walking along a row of stands, a woman approached me with a TSA lock. Guess what, it was mine! As we parted ways after thanking her, the woman told me: God loves you! Later in the evening, as I was navigating my ways to a recommended restaurant, I was totally lost after 30 minutes of intensive map-reading! I paused and looked around for help! Again, I saw a friendly woman and I asked for directions. Without hesitation, she asked me to follow her by sign language ... and led me to the final destination, after trudging another 15 minutes! When I wanted to offer her some Chingays (local money) she declined and just walked away! Her kindness reminded me of the Mother Mary! Seems to be another miracle! It was indeed an eventful experience that I treasure. God Bless to all.
