My three joys for today, day 2 of 5.... 1) My dad was given hydration and a blood transfusion today, which should hopefully be a boost in his recovery! So grateful for my mom, the team that is so diligently taking care of him and my dad for pushing hard to heal himself! 2) I got to FaceTime with my sister and my niece Derya, who is bespeckled with hand-foot-and mouth itchiness! I love polka dots, but Id rather she wear them as clothes instead of as leopard spots ;) 3) despite waking up at 1:30 this morning (yes, you were a loud but beautiful thunderstorm), I get to create seeds bars and spend the evening with my Theresa. Our time together is sacred and soul-filling...
