My tip for GPRMC Get Up & Get Started running/walking group this morning applies to us all as we move along the road to good health, slowly and deliberately. This allows our amazing bodies, including tendons, ligaments and muscles to adapt and adjust. We also train our character as well as our cardio-vascular system. When we set a goal, rededicate ourselves each day to do the work we need to do to reach that goal, we strengthen our resolve as well as our respiratory system, our tenacity along with our tendons. We become new EVERY SINGLE WORKOUT accomplished. You have today and tomorrow to register for Sutherland and through Friday at noon to register for OG. Take time to join us!
