My tips for inov-8 Red R.A.T glory today , with so many out of county runners and unknowns this one will be hotly contested but the stand out faves for me among the ladies are Jenna Murphy a 2x R.A.T former trinket winner who is running on her local training ground so will for sure be in the mix, Jessica Buscombe a young speedy from St Austell RC and Lucy Mancer a very strong trail runner could be pushing podium . A out of county runner I know a little about is Rhiannon Perryment , Rhiannon ran for Wales back in the day and could well feature is she is feeling competitive . For the men my money is on a real battle between local runner and Scrooge 13 winner Jez Mancer and out of county runner Stuart Hopkins ( apparently he has even purchased trail shoes for the occasion ) Stuart is a very quick marathon runner and has represented GB at Duathlon . Phil Bolt from Cornwall AC might well be pushing podium but with so many unknowns registered it will be a great race . Anyone know anyone else who will be at the sharp end ?
