My top tip this week is in line with my column this week and its all about looking closely at who you have in your inner circle of friends. If you are the average of the 5 people you have around you, it is so important to really choose carefully. Often we fall into friendships as we meet people during our journey, but we have to be quite disciplined as to who is in that top 5, those that we rely on, share our hopes and dreams, our insecurities, our fears. Do they inspire you? Do they accept you for who you are or do they try to change you? Do they judge others (and therefore maybe you too)? Do they put themselves in competition with you or are they they its alright for your variety? Do they support you or do they point out faults in a bid to help? Are they equal to you in terms of achievement or goals? Are they fun to be with, do you laugh? These are factors that you might like to consider, but there are others too. That circle is so very important when we are pursuing our goals and truly be Winning Women!! xx
