My training continues and I definitely feel like I am coming out of the dreaded training slump - todays training focused on BACK and CORE. LAT PULL DOWN - 6 sets, 6-10 reps, getting heavier with each set, slow focused reps - supersetted up with......... OBLIQUE CABLE CRUNCHES - 6 sets, 10 reps each side - VIDEO ATTACHED SHOWING TECHNIQUE CABLE UPPER BACK ROWS - 6 sets, 8-10 reps HANGING LEG RAISES - 6 sets 10 reps - knees high to chest DUMBBELL DEADLIFT WITH SHRUG - 6 sets 6 reps The plan next week is to use the guerilla workouts from this week and get even more from them. The following week I will be following the 8 week Christmas programme that I will publish here (see yesterdays post) - cant wait to get that started and hear and see all your results!
