My transformation journey from January 2013. Thanks to changing my eating habits, exercising and It Works! products! January 2013 I was 238 lbs, December 2013 I was 225. Started to exercise, eat even better and started the It Works! products of wraps and toning gel. April 2014 I was 180, June 2014 I was 170 and added the Fat Fighters, Thermofit, Greens, hair,skin and nails products while continuing with the wraps and the defining gel. August 2014 162 lbs., October 2014 I am 155lbs. I continue to exercise and take my It Works! products plus I am still trying to watch my diet but the days I dont do so well, I take my Fat Fighters and I am just fine. This process/transformation did not happen over night, it was/is hard work but very well worth it to be healthy. I am healthier now than I have ever been in my life! I believe in the It Works! product. It has helped me and continues to help me and I believe it will help you too!
