My trial felony trial for bogus charges of animal cruelty, - TopicsExpress

My trial felony trial for bogus charges of animal cruelty, resisting or opposing the police without violence and battery on a cop is set for December 15, 2014. Im facing a maximum of seven years in prison. The charges stem from: 1) Paris Dunkley, a white woman employed by Hillsborough county animal control, becoming so upset that she couldnt control my decisions, despite her threats concerning the delicate matter of my terminally. ill, long time family pet JJ, that she abused the public trust vested in her by filling bogus felony charges on me to retaliate. 2) Over a dozen Tampa cops storming my home with a search warrant, supposedly for my dying pet, pushing me and kicking me after they had handcuffed me, all while disregarding my repeated declaration of my hearing disability, addind insult to injury by flat out lying on me to further agitate the ordeal with charges of resisting and battery. The Hillsborough county government should be embarrassed by Dunkleys behavior and by state attorney Mark Obers decision to bring her personal vendetta against me before a jury at a trial. Bob Buckhorn, the mayor of Tampa, should be appalled by the egregious lies Tampa police are telling to make this the fiasco that it is. You should be outraged, not just because of the injustices that are occurring, but because they are occurring with your tax dollars, which should be bringing you prosperity instead of causing me pain. Hands off LIFE Malcolm! #straightup
