My trip to Salem gave me something I very much needed: the ability to rethink my perspectives on life. All this time since my breakup I thought that I needed somebody else to know who I am and be happy, and that rejection is the worse thing in my life. I also thought that I needed to change myself to be more confident. But screw all of that because I didnt need to change, I needed to remember that I already am somebody. I am Kevin Card: supportive friend, writer, musician, gentlemen, and dedicated moral human being. I wont forget again, and neither should anyone else.
