My trusty Emerson Realistic stereo passed away quietly today after 32 years of faithful service. At times she even doubled as an amp & suffered in silence as I attempted to learn how to play bass. She never judged my musical taste or complained when I abused her volume or eq. Maybe she decided enough was enough today- I was spinning CINDERELLA Long Cold Winter when she spun her last revolution. Memento Mori.
