My two points: 1. I disagre with SC saying rule of law is diff for everyone. In my opinion it must apply fairly to any one whether a common man or a leader. We already have many exceptions and I am not in support of any more. 2. While IK made a mistake, SC must have let it go snd focus on other bigger problems which are pending since years rsther than getting into this. They could have issued a warning (as IK dont have any criminal record) rather than involving him legally. Similarly, now as SC has done it, IK should handle it wisely and diplimatically rather than taking a strong stance. Becaus3 sich cases may lead to effect his struggle for other plans he have for country and its people.
