With this, in honor to its indisputable and unparalleled contribution to our great Philippine history, with great pride, may I humbly propose to Butuan City Mayor Ferdinand Amante, through our Local City council, to pass a resolution to the Senate and the House of Representatives declaring the BUTUAN BALANGAY as the Countrys National Maritime Vessel or Boat.
