My vegetarian experience Becoming a Vegetarian was easier than I anticipated. My concerns were heavy meat withdrawals, meat cravings or will I feel satisfied.. The best part is none of those were an issue and actually what surprised me the most is how our meals became much more colorful, creative and flavorful! I have to say I love it! Changes that Ive noticed from a mental and physical stand point: *Focus and clarity for longer periods of time. *Lighter feeling around my mid-section. *BMs and gas have little to no smell! *Sporadic nausea at first. (Withdrawal symptom, part of the cleansing process) I feel very confident saying you can surely live a healthy, if not an even healthier life being vegetarian. In fact, I believe the amount of meat the average person consumes is extremely harmful to the mind and body for one reason meat takes days to digest, therefore meat can putrefy in your intestines. Rotting foods as we know lead to many intestinal illnesses like IBS, infections and parasites. With that being said living a healthy life is all about finding your balance. How much meat is right for you? I would say whether you become vegetarian because of animal cruelty, religion, cleansing purposes or for the challenge, my advice is make sure your 100% ready and I promise it will be an awesome experience! I understand Everything is Not for Everyone, yet my motto is To know and Not to Do, is Not to Know So heres to Veganism!
