My version of frog jumps on hamstring day, get into a frog sit and push through your heals using your hamstring muscles to POWER UP as high as you can and land SOFTLY using your glutes and hammies to control the landing. Chest up, shoulders back and core engaged. DO NOT lean forward to jump. Do 3 to 5 rounds of 20 reps, this is hard and felt all in the hammies. Dont quit cause it burns, quit because you cant do one more.
