My very easy home made Russian tea cake pwede rin po itong ibenta at sna ay makatulong sa mga nag nenegosyo Recipe and instructions: 4 1/2 cups of flour (sifted) 1/2 cup confectioner sugar 1 cup walnuts ( peanut or cashew substitutes) tadtarin 1 cup dried sweet coconuts 2 cups melted butter (4 stick) 1 tsp vanilla extract Confectioner sugar (topping) 1) Mix well all the ingredients and chilled in refrigerator at least half an hour 2)Shape the dough like a golf ball size 3) preheated oven for 180 (350F) 4)Bake at least 15 or 17 min (the dough still light color) 5)Roll the cake with confectioner sugar while still hot (same in the picture) Then enjoy serve with your favorite drinks ( tea) much more better ;)
